October 19th Board Meeting Minutes:

Meeting was attended by Lenny Evangelisto, Brad Oye, Doug Dreyer, Rob Fortin, and Jeff Larson.

Jeff requested approval on equipment order for the upcoming year.  Equipment request was for a bucketless mop and mop heads, mat tape, workout equipment, mat cleaner, and new singlets for both youth and high school programs.  Total order came to around $2000 which will be pulled out of the club funds.  Lenny motioned to approve request and Brad seconded the motion, all were in favor.

Talk was given for the Warner/Northwestern Youth Tournament scheduled on the 27th of February.  Groton has placed their tournament on the same day and thoughts were given to change our date of go head to head with them.  A decision was made to leave our date as schedule and bring in some quality officials to compete with Groton.  Erin will head up the food concessions and Jeff and Rob will handle all details of the rest of tournament.

Brad made a motion to hold two separate gun raffles, one being held at the Stratford restaurant and the other held at the Chelsea restaurant.  Lenny second the motion and the motioned carried.

Sign up for the youth wrestlers was also discussed and will be held on the 8th of November at the Warner community center at 7pm.  It was discussed about possibly moving date, however decided to stay with schedule date due to posting in school's new letters.

Meeting took approximately 60 mins and then was dismissed.
